3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Custom details must be confirmed by you before production begins. We are not responsible for errors in custom text/designs you approve.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery: ~12 business days after production
Free shipping on orders over $39
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Sizing issues (please check size charts before ordering)
Custom designs you approved

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
