Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date.

2. Condition: Products must remain unopened, unused, and keep original retail packaging. Partially used washi tapes and journal supplies are not eligible for return.

3. Shipping Liability:

◦ Customer-initiated returns: Buyer bears all return freight.

◦ Seller error (damaged, wrong item, quality defect): We cover return shipping cost.

4. Refund Timeline: We process refunds within 5 business days after goods inspection.

5. Exclusions: Clearance items, personalized custom goods, and products damaged after delivery cannot be refunded. International duties and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
