Processing Time All items are custom-made. Production starts only after your confirmation on the custom details. Once confirmed, your order ships via SF Express within a few business days.

Taxes & Duties Included (DDP) All import duties, VAT, and customs fees are pre-paid by us. No extra charges upon delivery — guaranteed.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking updates to go live.

Returns & Refunds Since all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
